Kodela Sivarama Krishna, son of former Andhra Pradesh Assembly speaker, Kodela Sivaprasad Rao, surrendered before Mangalagiri court on Wednesday in connection to a case booked against him on assembly's furniture theft. Sivarama Krishna was granted bail soon after his surrender.
A case was registered against Sivarama Krishna and his father in August for diverting the assembly furniture to their private showrooms. His bail was accepted on the condition that he will have to visit Thullur police station every day.

This is also the second time in last ten days that Sivarama Krishna has surrendered before the court. On October 1, he surrendered before the Narsaraopet court in relation to multiple cases of extortion filed against him.
