There is a blessing in disguise for Jagan from his adversaries.
Lately, the man who filed charge sheet on him years ago, the then CBI JD Lakshmi Narayana said that the Rs. 1,00,000 crore corruption allegation against Jagan does not exist on record. Answering a question when he spoke to a NewsChannel recently, Lakshmi Narayana said that as per the charge sheet filed by him and his personnel, the corruption allegations against Jagan amount to Rs. 1,500 cr only.
He clarified that the amount involved in the allegations is not at all Rs. 1 lac cr and termed the allegations to that extent as political allegations.
Lakshminarayana, who filed cases against Jagan and acted as investigation officer, contested from Visakhapatnam Loksabha constituency as a candidate from Janasena.
