N Chandrababu has a reason to cheer about after the sixth edition of the India Skills report ranked Andhra Pradesh as the state with top employability.
The skill report also stated that Telangana hires more women than men. The India skills report is an initiative by CII and PeopleStrong.
The reports state that the engineering graduates from Andhra Pradesh have increased from 42.08 last year to 63.11%. The highest number of hiring, however, was claimed by Bengaluru. To top it all Hyderabad which is called the IT hub of Telangana did not feature in the list.
N Chandrababu was ecstatic after hearing the news and said that it is his vision to make Andhra Pradesh the IT hub of the country.
The reposts suggested that the skills most required to get hired were communications, ethics, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, written skills, and interpersonal skills by major MNC’s in the country.
The report was made after collating feedback and interactions from over 3 lakh students and 100 top MNCs, across different universities throughout the country.
