Ambati Rambabu hits out at Chandrababu for 'spreading lies'

Claiming that people have sidelined TDP for its 'undemocratic attitude', YSRCP MLA Ambati Rambabu lashed out at TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu for his baseless remarks on YSRCP government and specifically Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy.

"People have pushed TDP into a corner due to its undemocratic attitude, but Chandrababu is unable to accept that fact and it has become a habit for him to abuse Reddy's government," Rambabu told media persons here.

"He is talking without any knowledge and spreading lies that YSRCP is indulging in settlements but in reality, it is Chandrababu who had made settlements for 5 years."

Rambabu was referring to Naidu's statements on YSRCP's latest scheme 'Kanti Velugu'. Naidu, in a public meeting recently had claimed that 'Kanti Velugu' was nothing but just a rebranded version of eye care schemes that existed during the TDP regime. Naidu further pointed out that they had already implemented the scheme by tying up with 250 hospitals and that the current government had just put their party colours to an already existing scheme and pretending as if they have done all the R&D.

"Whenever the YSRCP government introduces any new scheme, he tries to claim that it was introduced by him in past. He is spreading lies, but Reddy won't be disturbed by such lies. Chandrababu is frustrated and trying to instigate Chief Minister. Why should he respond to every petty allegation which is a lie," responded Rambabu to the allegation.
