“PM is a hollow man who spends a tonne of money:” Chandrababu Naidu

Andhra Pradesh’s chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu called Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a hollow man who has done nothing good for the country.

Naidu also accused the Modi government of denying special category status to Andhra Pradesh, in spite of promising it in parliament. Naidu said, “PM Modi did nothing even for his home state Gujarat as its chief minister for 12 years, but made everyone believe he did great things.”

Naidu also said, “We all believed this. The whole country believed this but was left cheated. A leader makes all the difference. We believed what all Narendra Modi said. What is Narendra Modi today? He is just a hollow man.” He added, “PM Modi is blackmailing everyone using muscle power and spending tonnes and tonnes of money to win elections.”

Referring to Gujarat, Naidu said “Telangana has a better per capita income than Gujarat. Very soon, Andhra Pradesh would overtake it.” He further added, “The Prime Minister does not have the right to talk about anything in the country.”

Chandrababu Naidu also released 'white paper' on execution of ‘Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014’ and the connected assurances, in Andhra Pradesh capital Amaravati, targeting mainly the Prime Minister. The 32-page white paper listed the injustices done to Andhra Pradesh post-bifurcation (in June 2014) and accused the centre of making no efforts to sort out the differences between the two Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
