Food delivery apps with no standards
Online food delivery apps always are much in use. It is all just a click away and there pops up various food delivery apps like Swiggy, Zomato, Food Panda, Dominos and what not? But not all the customers are satisfied by these food delivery apps because of their low rating, poor delivery, food quality and the delivery time it takes.

There are few who said the delivfry time they take is really pathetic. These apps have begun levying exorbitant delivery charges especially on festive occasions. Moreover, restaurant packing charges of INR 20 are levied extra too. This makes a quick buck on festive days. There must be some uniform standard charges on these apps, especially on festive occasions as there are no coupon discounts available on these days. This factor is always an important factor of disappointment for the users.

There are few other complaints about the quality of the food. Also the pricing policy of the applications is not the same that is actually priced in the restaurants. The price differs from the actual price that is mentioned by the restaurant and the price mentioned in the apps. These apps also tactically lure customers in the name of 50 per cent off but difference do not sense any change.

With several other complaints like the extreme late delivery or tracking the location is very poor. While the customers try getting in touch with the delivery executives, the answers are not convincing the customers which eventually results in losing the word of mouth. Delivery apps, it is your turn to stand on your promises for the love of customers.
